Job Description:

Analysts in the Capital Markets Information group help build out and further refine the collection and presentation of our capital markets data. Position responsibilities include researching, analyzing and interpreting transaction documents, serving as a subject matter expert for the Capital Markets and Market Data teams, staying abreast of industry trends and evolving reporting standards, collaborating with internal content and product managers as well as external clients and vendors, and researching and developing specifications for new data collection methods and product enhancements.

Requirements for success include: two or more years in collecting and analyzing capital offerings data, transaction execution, or ECM or DCM desk; a strong familiarity with financial statements and concepts; understanding of relational databases; proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work autonomously; strong interest in and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals at all levels of the organization; attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, error-free work. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and/or equivalent experience required.
