The Florida State Board of Administration (SBA) is keen on direct real estate investing in the United States. On October 6, 2016, Florida’s SBA invested US$ 248.5 million for a 75% equity ownership stake in a portfolio of U.S. self-storage properties called the iStorage portfolio.
