GIC Buys P3 from TPG Real Estate and Ivanhoé Cambridge

Asian wealth funds are bullish on the growth of e-commerce, thus many have placed sizable bets on industrial properties such as warehouses in select corridors. Singapore’s GIC Private Limited is expanding its industrial property portfolio with a €2.4 billion acquisition of Prague-based P3 Logistic Park, a European storage company, from TPG Real Estate and its partner Ivanhoé Cambridge (part of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec).
