Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), New York-based RedBird Capital Partners LLC and Dallas-based Aethon Energy Management LLC are buying Addison, Texas-based J-W Energy’s oil & gas upstream and midstream assets located in northeast Texas and north Louisiana.
