RDIF and Vietnam’s SCIC Form Co-Investment Platform

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam’s State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) to form a Russian-Vietnamese investment platform, similar to ones with China and South Korea.
