Gary Dokes Leaves Arizona State Retirement System for Arizona Community Foundation

The Arizona State Retirement System is losing its chief investment officer Gary Dokes to a local non-profit charity. Dokes has been hired as CIO of the US$ 760 million Arizona Community Foundation. Dokes will work with the foundation’s investment consultant firm Pavilion Advisory Group (PAG).

Anne Richards Becomes Chief at M&G, Leaves Aberdeen

Anne Richards was named chief executive of M&G, an asset management unit of Prudential (UK). She served as chief investment officer at Aberdeen Asset Management.

Principal Global Investors Hires Former External Fund Manager Head at Monetary Authority of Singapore

Celestine Khoo was hired by Principal Global Investors as managing director, head of Southeast Asia. She is based in Singapore. She was formally a director and head, external fund management and reserve management at Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
