Madison International Realty Buys Stake in Capital & Counties Properties

New York-based Madison International Realty acquired a 3.12% stake in U.K. property investor Capital & Counties Properties plc for around £1.85 billion, buying 26.5 million shares. Madison International Realty acquired the shares on behalf of its clients.
Capital & Counties Properties is a United Kingdom-based property investment and development company which is focused on sites in the West and West End of London.
