Alliance Trust PLC Sells Alliance Trust Savings to Interactive Investor

Alliance Trust PLC sold its subsidiary company, Alliance Trust Savings (ATS), to Manchester, United Kingdom-based Interactive Investor Limited. The total consideration payable for the business was £40 million including office premises, subject to post completion adjustments.
