JP Morgan Asset Management and American Homes 4 Rent Forms Single Family Home Venture

JP Morgan Asset Management inked a deal with Agoura Hills, California-based American Homes 4 Rent, a real estate investment trust (REIT). The joint venture will invest in single-family homes in the United States.
JP Morgan Asset Management is making the investment through its Strategic Property Fund, an open-ended core U.S. real estate vehicle that touts pensions as fund investors.
American Homes 4 Rent generated US$ 188,938,000 in rents from single family homes in the third quarter of 2019 versus US$ 182,528,000 in the third quarter of 2018.
