ST Telemedia Buys Majority Stake in CloudCover, Expands Cloud Businesses

ST Telemedia, which is owned by Temasek Holdings, purchased a majority stake in India-incorporated cloud service provider CloudCover. CloudCover was incorporated in India in 2015.
In October 2019, ST Telemedia acquired a majority stake in Seattle-based 2nd Watch, a cloud service provider. 2nd Watch is an AWS Partner Network Premier Consulting Partner and a Microsoft Azure Gold Partner. All existing shareholders of 2nd Watch such as Madrona Venture Group, Columbia Capital, and Delta-v Capital, amongst others, continued to retain a significant shareholding in 2nd Watch following the investment.
In November 2018, ST Telemedia bought a majority stake in Singapore-based Cloud Comrade Pte. Ltd., another cloud computing company.
