1. Muddy Waters Research, the famous short-seller research company, says China-based JOYY Inc. is a fraudulent tech company, claiming the live streaming company is guilty of using bots and having fake users.
2. President Trump’s campaign is still contesting the results of the unprecedented long-voting season of the U.S. presidential election. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has a large number of sworn affidavits from various swing states claiming voter fraud, such as mismarking ballots, accepting ballots past the due dates, and not asking for ID verification when voting in person. Public polling shows are large number of Americans do not trust the integrity of the vote of this election, mostly along party lines. Furthermore, a large number of U.S. ballots are being counted outside of the U.S. The major U.S. media networks have focused their cameras on Joe Biden and information regarding his transition team. The question comes down to vote certifications by state.
