Investcorp Buys CloudCare

Bahrain’s Investcorp purchased CloudCare SpA, an Italy-based digital sales and marketing platform. CloudCare’s founder and CEO Andrea Conte will maintain “meaningful stake” in the company and will continue to lead the company. Mubadala Investment Company is major owner in Investcorp. CloudCare was formed in 2011 and headquartered in Rome, Italy
