BPE Asia Real Estate Buys Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji Hotel

BPE Asia Real Estate is an extension of the Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) platform. BPE Asia Real Estate acquired a 305-room hotel in Osaka’s Midosuji Boulevard. It is a service select urban hotel that will be managed by IHG Hotels & Resorts under the Holiday Inn Express brand. The name of the hotel is the Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji and it opened in December 2021.
The deal happened on November 25, 2021.
