Summary

Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS) is a multiple-employer public employee retirement system, enacted and administered in accordance with the provisions of the County Employees Retirement Law of 1937 (California Government Code Section 31450, et seq.) (1937 Act). It was formed by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors in 1941.
