ADIA Eyes Bristol’s Cabot Circus

Opened in 2008, Cabot Circus is a major shopping center in Bristol, England. There is over 1.5 million square feet of space. The redevelopment contains offices, retail, hotel, apartments, and a cinema. Developed and currently jointly owned by Hammerson UJ Properties and Land Securities through the Bristol Alliance, the latter is looking to sell its 50% stake.

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and an overseas client of AXA Real Estate Investment Management are seeking to purchase the stake for £200 million.
