Hassad Food Sells Australian Farm Operations to Macquarie

Qatar’s Hassad Food, the agricultural arm of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), merged its Australian farm portfolio with that of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) agricultural portfolio. MIRA is owned by the Macquarie Group. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of September.
