Ireland Continues to Liquidate Assets in NPRF

Ireland’s National Pensions Reserve Fund has helped partially stabilize and capitalize Irish financial institutions. Unfortunately, the money was not enough and the European Union and International Monetary Fund advanced more funds around November 2010. To meet the demands of the loans, the NPRF has had to sell off huge positions in its portfolio.
