Nasdaq Sells Stake in Borsa Istanbul

The Turkey Wealth Fund acquired Nasdaq’s stake in Borsa Istanbul A.S. on September 26, 2018. The wealth fund’s ownership stake in Borsa Istanbul increased from 73.59% to 80.59%. Nasdaq acquired the 5% stake in Borsa Istanbul in December 2013 and raised its stake to 7% after a period thereafter.
