Natixis to Buy Majority Stake in Australia’s Investors Mutual

Natixis Global Asset Management, part of Natixis, will acquire a 51.9% majority stake in Australia-based Investors Mutual Limited (IML) from Pacific Current Group (PCG) and IML founder Anton Tafliaferro for 155 million AUD (US$ 121.4 million) in a deal expected to close Wednesday.
