Norwegian Sovereign Fund Invests in Regent Street’s Quadrant 3 Building

Norway’s Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG) bought a 25% interest in Regent Street’s Quadrant 3 building. The interest in the West End building was purchased for £97.5 million – expanding the partnership between Norway’s sovereign wealth fund and The Crown Estate. The Crown Estate retained a 75% interest in the property and will manage the asset on behalf of the partnership.

London’s Quadrant 3 building has 270,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space. It is bordered by Glasshouse Street, Air Street, Brewer Street and Sherwood Street. Among notable tenants include Generation Investment Management where former U.S. Vice President Al Gore is chairman.
