This is a Q&A with Jim O’Neill, Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Previously, Mr. O’Neill was Head of Global Economics, Commodities and Strategy Research for Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he managed the firm’s economics, strategy and commodity research teams.

1. Many public investors suffer from home bias for a variety of reasons. Do you feel public investors have enough exposure to BRIC countries?
