iM Global Partner Acquires Stake in Sirios Capital Management

Paris-based iM Global Partner purchased a 15.5% stake in Sirios Capital Management, a Boston-based long/short equity manager. iM Global Partner also has stakes in Polen Capital (at 20%) and Dolan McEniry Capital Management (at 45%). Philippe Couvrecelle is the Chairman of iM Global Partner, which received additional funding from Eurazeo. Eurazeo is the majority shareholder of iM Global Partner.

Capital Dynamics Buys Advanced Capital SGR

Zug-based Capital Dynamics is buying a 100% stake of Advanced Capital SGR, an alternatives and funds-of-funds money manager based in Milan. The deal is giving Capital Dynamics an edge to the Italian pension market.
