Refinitiv (formerly the financial division of Thomson Reuters)is a financial data firm owned by Blackstone Group LP, GIC Private Limited, and Thomson Reuters Corporation. These entities could be filing an initial public offering of its Tradeweb Markets business. New York-based Tradeweb was formed in 1998. Previously, Refinitiv confidentially filed to take Tradeweb public.
