Fidelity Investments Bests Vanguard over Amazon’s 401K Record Keeper Mandate

Seattle-based Amazon.com, Inc. awarded Fidelity Investments a mandate to become the record keeper of the company’s large US$ 5.6 billion 401(k) plan. Fidelity Investments replaces the incumbent record keeper Vanguard Group.
