BVK Buys Logistics Property in Kobe

Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) acquired a 42,000 square meter logistics property in the vicinity of Kobe, Japan. CBRE Global Investors and German fund service company Universal-Investment made the investment on behalf of BVK. The property is fully-leased.

On another note in Japan, Nuveen Real Estate, acquired the ten residential properties in Tokyo and Osaka on behalf of its open-ended Asia Pacific Cities fund, for US$ 140 million. The seller of the properties was Hong Kong fund manager PAG.
