GIC and Global Infrastructure Partners Moves Closer on ADNOC Natural Gas Pipeline Deal

An investor group consisting of Singapore’s GIC Private Limited, Global Infrastructure Partners, and South Korea-based NH Investment & Securities Co. won preferential status to purchase a 49% ownership stake in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) natural gas pipelines for an estimated price of US$ 8 billion. The deal is not final.
