Investcorp to Delist from Bahrain Bourse

Investcorp disclosed it plans to delist from the Bahrain Bourse. Investcorp is converting to a closed shareholding company as a part of its long-term strategy. Investcorp manages US$ 35.4 billion of assets under management. Mubadala Investment Company is a major investor in Investcorp.
