Apex Group Buys Greenough Consulting Group

Apex Group Ltd. has acquired Burlingame, California-based Greenough Consulting Group (GCG), a U.S.-based provider of finance, accounting, and human resources services to technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds. Greenough Consulting Group’s client base is split among startups and middle market corporations, and venture capital and private equity funds. Mark Greenough is the Chairman and Founder of Greenough Consulting Group.
