Legal & General acquired 3-8 Whitehall Place in London for £155.25 million. The seller is Schroders plc (Schroder Capital real estate) on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund.
On September 21, 2015, LaSalle Investment Management bought 3-8 Whitehall Place on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund for £80.6 million from the Aberdeen Property Trust, which was managed by Aberdeen Asset Management.
