Stonepeak Unloads Logistics Property in Charleston Area

Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners sold a 1.3 million square foot logistics portfolio in the Southeastern U.S. The asset manager sold the Omni Industrial Campus, a three-building logistics portfolio in Charleston, South Carolina. The Omni Industrial Campus provides immediate access to Interstate 26: Jedburg Interchange (Exit 194) and Nexton Interchange (Exit 197). The property was developed by Clarius Partners and Stonemont Financial Group.
