SEC denies Coinbase Petition

The petition requesting the the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission provide more clarification on the crypto asset universe was denied. Coinbase plans to challenge. The commission voted 3-2 to deny. The SEC believes that current regulations should be sufficient.
