Mariner Institutional Created From Three Advisory Firms

Mariner Wealth Advisors is a national wealth advisory firm. It has announced that it will be acquiring Winter Park, Florida’s AndCo Consulting, and Covington, Kentucky’s Fourth Street Performance Partners in a simultaneous transaction. Mariner Institutional will be the name of the combined entity, with 100 more staff members joining Mariner Wealth. The acquisitions add offices across the nation and US$ 104 billion in assets under advisement. Fourth Street will merge with AndCo upon closing of the transaction, each maintaining their existing teams and focus on serving institutional clients under the Mariner Institutional brand.

The agreements were finalized on Jan. 29, 2024, and the transition is expected to reach its completion in early April 2024.
