MSCI World Index Rises to a Record High from Jan 2022 Peak

A number of large asset owners such as sovereign wealth funds use the MSCI World Index as a benchmark for global equities.

The MSCI World Index rose 0.5% to hit its highest level on record. The approximate US$ 61 trillion global benchmark of developed-market reached 3,262 at 10:17 a.m. surpassing its January 2022 closing peak. U.S. stocks make up more than 65% of the MSCI World Index.
