Temasek and Guggenheim Venture Possible Suitor for Eastdil Secured

With demand for institutional real estate in the U.S. not slowing down, sovereign wealth funds are trying to find channels to access more deal flow in America. Temasek Holdings and Guggenheim Investments are exploring a possible deal to acquire real estate brokerage Eastdil Secured from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has been in the process of shedding non-core assets for quite some time. In 1999, Wells Fargo acquired Eastdil Secured for around US$ 150 million.
