Goldman Sachs Leads Series B Round in Vestwell

Vestwell Holdings, Inc., a New York-based digital retirement advisor, raised US$ 30 million in Series B round. Leading the investment round was Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments. Other investors in the Series B round include Point72 Ventures, the venture capital arm of Nationwide, Allianz Life Ventures, BNY Mellon, and Franklin Templeton. The round also included participation from Series A and Series Seed investors, F-Prime Capital, FinTech Collective, Primary Venture Partners, and Commerce Ventures. Goldman Sachs was drawn to Vestwell over the company’s modern and intuitive interface for its users – financial advisors.
