Landmark Partners and Wafra Acquire Passive Stake in Siris Capital Group

Wafra Inc. and Landmark Partners, LLC have acquired a passive, non-voting minority stake in Siris Capital Group LLC. The purchase includes an existing minority participation stake that was issued at the Siris Capital’s inception.
Siris Capital is a private equity firm focused on investing and driving value creation in mature technology companies. Siris Capital recently raised a US$ 3.45 billion buyout fund.
Kuwait’s Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) is the owner of Wafra.
