Prologis Acquires Alecta JV Logistics Portfolio

Prologis Inc., through its open-ended fund Prologis European Logistics Fund, acquired a joint venture logistics portfolio that was owned by Alecta and Swedish property firm Bockasjö. The portfolio venture is called Logistikfastigheter Sverige AB venture, which owns 11 properties with a leasable area of 295,000 square meters, located in Helsingborg, Gothenburg – Hisingen, Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, Örebro, Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Arlanda City. Logistikfastigheter Sverige was formed in 2016.
The portfolio has a value of 3.8 billion SEK.
