Liu Wei Replaces Lou Jiwei at National Council for Social Security Fund

Liu Wei was named Chairman of National Council for Social Security Fund. Liu Wei replaced Lou Jiwei. Lou Jiwei went to the social security fund in November 2016. Lou Jiwei is a former China finance minister and former executive at the China Investment Corporation (CIC).
In addition, Xu Hongcai was appointed China’s Vice Minister of Finance, replacing Liu Wei.
