Broadridge Backs Unqork

New York-based Unqork is an enterprise software company that raised US$ 22 million in a Series A round. Goldman Sachs Principal Strategic Investments (PSI) led the round and was joined by investors such as all original seed round investors and Broadridge Financial Solutions.
Unqork has 50 employees and was formed in April 2017 by Gary Hoberman, the former Executive Vice President and Global CIO for MetLife Inc. The company has a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that focuses on the financial services and insurance industries.
