AIB Group and First Data Acquire Payzone

Irish banking giant AIB Group plc and First Data Corporation formed a joint venture. This joint venture acquired a majority stake in Payzone, one of Ireland’s largest providers of payment solutions. The transaction has an enterprise value of up to €100 million.
