Schroders to Acquire Blue Asset Management

Schroders signed a deal to acquire Blue Asset Management, a Munich-based real estate asset manager. Blue Asset Management has €1.2 billion in assets under management and will be part of Schroders’ real estate unit. Schroder Real Estate has €17.7 billion in assets under management.
Artus Pourroy, Thomas Wiegelmann, and Tino Lurtsch, are the founders of Blue Asset Management.
