Kennedy Wilson and AXA Investment Managers Now Control Capital Dock Dublin Development

Kennedy Wilson and AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, part of AXA SA, purchased the 22-storey mixed-use development in the Dublin docklands known as the Capital Dock.
Kennedy Wilson boosted its ownership stake in the property from 42.5% to 50%, while AXA acquired a 50% stake in the property. The sellers of the stakes are from Fairfax Financial Holdings and Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency (NAMA). NAMA sold its 15% stake in the property.
In 2012, Kennedy Wilson purchased a 42.5% stake in the Capital Dock site. Capital Dock cost approximately €280 million to construct.
