Harel Sold Ibex House to Henderson Park and Dukelease Properties

Earlier in 2019, Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services Ltd. sold the freehold interest in the Ibex House office building in London to Henderson Park and Dukelease Properties. The sales price was £121.3 million.

The iconic Grade II listed Art Deco Ibex House was built in 1937 and is located in central London.

Henderson Park is a European real estate investment platform that has financial support from the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA).

Another Henderson Park Deal

Disclosed on June 20, 2019, Henderson Park and Greystar Real Estate Partners acquired a site located at the former Royal Mail depot in Nine Elms, London, for £101 million. The buyers seek to develop the site into an 894-home Build to Rent (BTR) residential scheme. The development is being funded by equity from the buyers, plus a £385 million, 6-year whole-loan facility provided by investment firm Cain International. Telford Homes Plc is the designer and builder of the BTR project.
