Xander Group Buys Pune IT Office Park

Singapore-based Xander Investment Management is the private equity real estate arm of The Xander Group Inc. Xander Investment Management purchased a 100% ownership interest in Weikfield IT Citi Info Park in Pune for Rs 900 crore (US$ 130 million). The 1.1 million square foot office park is located in Pune’s Viman Nagar and is near Pune International Airport.
