Korea Investment Corporation Names a New CIO

The Korea Investment Corporation (KIC) is the sovereign wealth fund of the Republic of Korea. Dae-yang Park was appointed as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of Executive Management at KIC, effective August 5, 2019. Previously, Park was the CIO of Korea Teachers’ Pension, since 2017. He has served in various positions of leadership, including head of investment strategy at MG Korean Federation of Community Credit Cooperatives and CIO of Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
