Hines and Bank of Greece Partner on Athens Heart Mall Redevelopment

Real estate investor and developer Hines formed a joint venture with the Bank of Greece to redevelop the Athens Heart Mall. The redevelopment was renamed to Gazi Outlets and seeks to have 22,000 square meters of retail space. The redevelopment is targeted to be finished by early 2021.
In March 2019, Hines acquired the 23 Vasilissis Sofias Avenue office building in Athens.
