These investment products are in both conventional and Sharia-compliant products. Amwal is expected to move US$ 100 million of its assets under management, plus additional mandates over a period of time.

Furthermore, Aventicum Capital Management Qatar took ownership of a Doha Bank-sponsored exchange-traded fund, the QE index ETF (QETF or Qatar Exchange Traded Fund). The QETF debuted on March 5, 2018 with an initial authorized capitalization of 150,000,000 QAR raised through private placement. The QETF invests and replicates the largest 20 companies of the Qatar Index in terms of market capitalization and liquid listings. At August 31, 2019, QETF had 353,000,000 QAR in assets under management.

Amwal is owned by its founder, Sheikha Hanadi Nasser bin Khaled Al Thani. Amwal was formed in 1998 originally as Qatar Ladies Investment Company.
