ADIA Part of Investor Group that Agrees to Buy LGC Group

U.K.-based testing company LGC Group has found a buyer group. The winning consortium includes London-based Cinven (Cinven 7th Fund), Paris-based Astorg, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). The deal values the company at roughly £3 billion. The seller is private equity firm KKR.
