Gulf Air Group Holding Company Boosts Stake in Bahrain Airport Services

Gulf Air Group Holding Company was created in 2010 to consolidate and centralize the aviation assets of Mumtalakat Holding.
Gulf Air Group Holding Company increased its ownership in Bahrain Airport Services to 44%. Bahrain Airport Services has a concession agreement with Bahrain International Airport’s new passenger terminal. The concession agreement goes out to 2034, extending the original agreement signed in 2018 during the Bahrain International Airshow.
