KKR Sells Deutsche Glasfaser to EQT and OMERS

Private equity firm KKR inked a deal to sell Deutsche Glasfaser Holding GmbH to EQT Infrastructure IV fund and OMERS (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System).
